The advanced 145-horsepower class hardware under the hood, in the form of the Genesis Extreme engine, cranks out a deep and wide reservoir of power. And RX Warrior’s special 136-inch Camoplast Rip Saw track and ProAction CK rear suspension put that power to the trail mercilessly. Fear not; this is no austere ride. In addition to the new taller, thicker seat, new higher handlebars and long-travel suspension out back, you’ll find the sort of cush amenities Yamaha is known for, like individually controlled digital hand and thumb warmers and standard electric starting. Then there’s the light, precise steering provided by the double-wishbone front suspension, and the fact that RX Warrior’s weight reduction pays dividends in all areas of performance.
